About The Exploration

As a creative exploration into workout clothing, I see an opportunity for apparel that will blend function, modularity, and brand storytelling. Here, I am focusing on reimagining staple items like training shorts, pants, and compression tops through the lens of utility, comfort, and long-term brand engagement.

To visualize these ideas, I have developed a series of flat tech packs to clearly communicate new feature integrations, design considerations, and consumer benefit. These include removable liners, workout guides, dynamic compression, and breathable branding elements. Each feature is carefully considered not just for performance enhancement, but also for how it could impact product positioning, customer retention, and revenue. Upsell potential from modular add-ons and loyalty from sustainable, circular garment lines positively impact product mix.

This project lives at the intersection of creative direction, design strategy, and product thinking, and these assets are ready for production consideration.
